About the Role

Dinesh Financial Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures and ensure they align with company policies.
  • Establish work priorities and delegate tasks to office support staff, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Train staff on new procedures and technologies.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
