Administrative Coordinator for Office Operations

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Neat Industries Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.
Job Description- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents with efficiency and precision.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and managing budgets.
- Prepare and format page presentations to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Provide general information to clients and the public, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct research to gather information and provide insights to support business goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Label files according to retention and disposal schedules to maintain organizational standards.
- Organize and schedule office work to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets to ensure financial stability.
Area of Work Experience:
- Marketing
- This is a permanent position working 30-44 hours per week.
- The primary language for this role is English.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in administrative procedures, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
