About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Inner Space Developments Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review/evaluate existing ones
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and budget control
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience in project coordination and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
