About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Molly Maid Calgary NorthWest. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that deadlines are met;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Oversee payroll administration and resolve conflict situations;
  • Monitor and evaluate office operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
