We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Universal Power Solutions Inc.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, life insurance, and free parking available.

Job Responsibilities

This is a permanent position working 35 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a strong educational background with other trades certificate or diploma and at least 5 years of experience in the field.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages;
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other information;
  • Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems;
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents;
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team. They will also have knowledge of MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, electronic schedulers, database software, accounting software, MS Office, and Quick Books.

Additionally, they should have expertise in areas such as purchasing, procurement, contracts, human resources, energy, employee engagement, business process management, payroll services, security clearance, and criminal record checks.
