About the Role
Mammoet is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager at Mammoet, you will be responsible for managing and developing an effective operations function, maintaining operational excellence in line with customer requirements, and overseeing operative teams to carry out work safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and coordinate operational activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
- Lead and motivate operational teams to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Fluent proficiency in English, both written and verbal
