Claims Examiner: Admin Support Specialist

We are seeking a Claims Examiner to join our dynamic team at Randstad. As a Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for helping people navigate the claims process and ensuring that they receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with their claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and answer questions
We offer a competitive salary of $43,700 per year, which increases to $44,550 for bilingual French speakers. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a flexible 8-hour shift between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday.
In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits and other perks as part of our compensation package.
Requirements:- You must have excellent communication skills in English and French
- You should have experience in administration and customer service
- You must be able to work independently and as part of a team
