**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategies to capitalize on new market opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance on best practices and sales processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our go-to-market strategy to maximize sales efforts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture the total addressable market across Canada.
  • Provide leadership and support to direct reports to ensure they are equipped to succeed in their roles.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • 12+ years of experience selling directly to brands and establishing a strong network in the industry.
  • Experience in radio and/or digital media advertising sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales processes.
