Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 7 sales representatives and oversee the growth of the team by an additional 3-5 members within the next 12-18 months.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's go-to-market strategy to maximize sales efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to capture the total addressable market (TAM) across Canada and develop effective strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and training to direct reports on best sales practices and sales process development.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in selling directly to brands, with an established network in this space.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and developing effective sales processes.
  • Experience in radio and/or digital media advertising sales.

What We Offer:
