About the Role:

Sales Talent Agency Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and contributing to the development of our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 7 sales representatives and continue to scale the team by hiring an additional 3-5 members within the next 12-18 months.
  • Contribute to the development of our current go-to-market strategy to ensure the sales team is maximizing efforts.
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to effectively capture the total addressable market (TAM) across Canada.
  • Provide guidance to direct reports on best sales practices and solidify processes.
  • Located in the Greater Toronto Area, with a minimum of 3 in-office days per week.

Requirements:

  • ~5+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • ~12+ years of experience selling directly to brands, with an established network in this space.
  • ~Radio and/or digital media advertising sales experience.
  • ~Experience leading a team and developing/implementing effective sales processes.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of $200-250k, plus bonus, car allowance, 4 weeks of vacation, stock purchase plan, and pension plan.
