**Job Title:** Senior Human Resources Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Recruiter to join our team at A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation. This is a permanent position that requires a strong understanding of human resources principles, recruitment practices, and labor laws.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, providing information or services, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, collecting and screening applicants, advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, reviewing candidate inventories, contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews, recruiting graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, notifying applicants of results of the selection process and preparing job offers, advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organizing staff consultation and grievance procedures, negotiating settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinating termination of employment process, determining eligibility to entitlements and arranging staff training, supervising personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties, and recruiting and hiring staff.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Human Resources Recruiter will also be required to possess a strong knowledge of computer software systems, including Workday, MS Windows, Oracle, data analysis software, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, as well as an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, judgment, organization, reliability, adaptability, and multitasking abilities.

As part of our benefits package, we offer free parking available and paid holidays. The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
