About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Advisor to join our team at Manulife. As a Wealth Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering financial and investment solutions to our clients, helping them achieve their wealth and retirement goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial and investment advice to clients, including securities and portfolio solutions.
  • Identify client life and financial goals, and develop personalized financial plans to meet their needs.
  • Acquire and consolidate client assets, and provide insurance solutions to protect their financial well-being.
  • Connect clients with the right Manulife partners and professionals to help meet their ongoing needs.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with Manulife partners to provide added value to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements, and safeguard client assets and privacy.
Requirements
  • University degree and/or minimum of 1 to 2 years industry experience, with experience speaking directly with clients and conducting one-on-one client meetings.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
  • MFDA or IIROC license (IIROC preferred with completed Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH)).
  • Life License required (LLQP).
  • IQPF designation, or required to obtain within first 2 years of employment.
  • Ability to provide valuable client service and advice experience.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Natural propensity towards teamwork and collaboration; proven coachability.
