  • Generating new client leads through proactive outreach and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Possession of Mutual Fund or Securities licenses.
  • Completion of the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) or readiness to pursue it.
  • CFP or PFP designation is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in attracting high-value clients.

Compensation Structure:

  • Compensation aligned with business performance.
  • Initial compensation based on client family groups transitioned.
  • Ownership percentage and value determined by assets transitioned.
  • Potential to acquire practice with Assured Value financing in the future.
