Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating new client leads through networking and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Possession of mutual fund or securities licenses.
  • Completion of the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) or willingness to pursue it.
  • CFP or PFP designation is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in attracting high-value clients.

Compensation Structure:

  • Compensation linked to business performance.
  • Initial year earnings based on client family groups transitioned.
  • Ownership percentage and value based on assets transitioned.
  • Possibility to acquire practice with assured value financing in the future.
