Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Identifying new opportunities with affluent clients.
  • Developing detailed financial strategies utilizing advanced software.
  • Attracting new clientele through networking and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Possession of Mutual Fund or Securities licensing.
  • Completion of the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) or readiness to pursue it.
  • CFP or PFP designation is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring high-value clients.

Compensation Structure:

  • Compensation aligned with business performance.
  • Initial year compensation based on transitioned client family groups.
  • Ownership percentage and value tied to transitioned assets.
  • Possibility to acquire practice with Assured Value financing in the future.
