Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources policies, programs, and procedures to meet the organization's resource needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources-related matters, including compensation, benefits, and collective agreements.
  • Negotiate collective agreements and act as a mediator in labor disputes and grievances.
  • Develop job classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales, as well as competency measures and evaluation systems.
  • Plan and administer staffing and total compensation plans, as well as training and professional development programs.
  • Manage human resources information systems and related records management.
  • Recruit and train staff, and coordinate the employee performance evaluation program.
  • Conduct research on benefits, health and safety practices, and recommend changes or modifications to existing policies.
Requirements:
  • Studies completed in a field related to human resources management.
  • Strong organizational and autonomy skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate versatility.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
