Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement human resources policies, programs, and procedures to meet the organization's resource needs.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources-related matters, including compensation, benefits, and collective agreements.
- Negotiate collective agreements and act as a mediator in labor disputes and grievances.
- Develop job classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales, as well as competency measures and evaluation systems.
