Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ocean Services Coordinator to join our team at GEODIS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the inbound and outbound movement of international and domestic freight shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments
  • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
  • Assist in the training of junior staff and support a larger portfolio of clients
  • Prepare accurate import documentation for de-consolidated ocean and/or air shipments

Requirements:

  • Junior (1 to 5 years of experience) in a similar position
  • High/Secondary School Degree
  • English (Native speaker) and French (Beginner)

Working Conditions:

Depending on selected candidate, the home office would be Mississauga ON, Richmond BC, or Montreal QC
