We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Blue Ocean Immigration Inc.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative setting, with a strong background in MS Office and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring compliance with established protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including data assembly, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Co-ordinate and plan office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Scheduling and Organization: Establish and manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organizational skills.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
What We Offer
