Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ocean Freight Logistics Coordinator to join our team at G.E. Forwarders Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate traffic flow of supplies to optimize logistics and minimize delays.
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports to track and analyze supply chain performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operational requirements.
  • Follow up on issues with work orders to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Keep track of shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
