Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 2789590 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity, informing sales strategies and product offerings.
- Product Selection: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement price and credit policies to optimize sales and revenue.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train sales staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
The Retail Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, efficient, goal-oriented, and have excellent time management skills.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Hours:The Retail Sales Manager will work 40 hours per week.
