Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 2789590 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail industry, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement effective pricing and credit policies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and increase brand awareness.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to handle heavy loads and work under pressure is essential.
