  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including procurement and inventory management.
  • Price and Credit Policies: Implement and manage price and credit policies to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions.
  • Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to handle heavy loads and work under pressure is essential.
