Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 2789590 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of 3-4 sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including procurement and inventory management.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement and manage price and credit policies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to handle heavy loads and work under pressure is essential.
