Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 2789590 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 people, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor impact on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including procurement and inventory management.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including budgeting and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
