Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Palliative Care team as a Palliative Care Nurse Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation and clinical support to patients and families in palliative care settings
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
  • Provide education and training to healthcare providers on palliative care best practices
  • Develop and maintain resources and education materials to support palliative care
Requirements
  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Three (3) years' recent related clinical nursing experience in palliative care, including one (1) year experience in a supervisory/leadership role
  • Valid BC Driver's License
