Job Title: Senior Training Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Specialist to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills
* Design and develop training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective
* Deliver training sessions to various audiences, including employees, managers, and external stakeholders
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Requirements:

* At least years of experience in training and development
* Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
* Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
