Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Foresters Financial. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering adult education programs, including e-learning and web-based materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our business, including virtual and in-class training.
  • Learning and Development: Develop and maintain organizational learning programs, including e-learning and web-based materials.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance our business operations.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to our team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Project Management: Manage non-IT projects and initiatives to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business and technical teams to define business requirements and needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of our training programs and materials.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance our business operations.
Key Qualifications
  • Education: University degree or college diploma in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in training, business processes, learning, and communications, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Certification: Certification in adult education or a commitment to obtain certification.
  • Skills: Strong coaching skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior organizational and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
