Training Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Development Specialist to join our team at Ventura Foods. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop training content that is engaging, interactive, and effective in transferring knowledge and skills.
- Utilize knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and technology-enhanced learning to create innovative and impactful training experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and develop training materials that meet the needs of our employees.
- Deliver training programs in a variety of formats, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and virtual training.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that meet business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and technology-enhanced learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
