Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Branch Operations Manager to oversee all facets of our Edmonton branch, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily branch activities, including customer service, shipping/receiving, and product inventory management.
- Foster efficiency and optimize performance by meeting targets and maximizing profitability.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements, striving for excellence.
- Collaborate in organizational change management efforts, promoting growth and improvement.
A post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred, along with 2-5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role. Previous experience in industrial distribution is an asset.
You should possess proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications, and ERP systems. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are also essential.
What We OfferThis opportunity offers a competitive salary, estimated at $70,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy flexible working hours, Monday – Friday, without relocation requirements.
