Job Summary

Edmonton Resume Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple branches within a specified region, ensuring that each meets the company's standards and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store managers and ensure all branches adhere to company policies and regulations.
  • Implement marketing strategies across the region and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Travel to different locations within the district to provide support and ensure consistency in operations.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team of managers and staff across various locations.
  • Strategic Planning: Skill in setting goals and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and driving sales growth.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members, upper management, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick and efficient in resolving issues that arise in multiple locations.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or management.
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
