We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Redden's Camp Ltd. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complex meals and individual dishes, utilizing a wide range of ingredients and cooking techniques
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are met
  • Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff, focusing on preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
  • Source and procure high-quality supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory levels and records
  • Schedule and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our kitchen operations
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with English language requirements.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
