Job Overview:
Join our team at reif winery. Beautiful outdoor kitchen. Manage a small team to execute orders and events. Great hours of 11-5 everyday. Manage ordering, schedulingand menu.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. If you have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Plan and develop menus that are creative, diverse, and in line with customer preferences
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, following proper food handling and storage procedures
- Supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and specials
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of kitchen equipment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food industry
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating exceptional dishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
