  • Maintain inventory management, stock control, and supplier relationships to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead staff training and development, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork within the kitchen.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of senior chef experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and inventory effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
