We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at STARLIGHT INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for implementing and evaluating new administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement New Procedures: Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Evaluate Existing Processes: Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Delegate Tasks: Delegate work to office support staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Establish Priorities: Establish clear priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

In this role, you will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, coordinating and planning for office services, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, and assembling data for reports and manuals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The working hours are 35-40 hours per week, with a 7-month probationary period.
