We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join Mortgage Outlet. This role is responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating procedures, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering client inquiries, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a high level of organizational skills. You will also need to be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as social media platforms and CRM software.

Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a high level of organizational skills.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
