About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at 1132151 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff

The Motel Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

Conduct Training Sessions

The Motel Manager will conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

Negotiate with Clients

The Motel Manager will negotiate with clients to secure the use of our facilities, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.

Perform Front Desk Duties

The Motel Manager will be responsible for performing front desk duties, including checking-in guests, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Prepare Budgets and Monitor Finances

The Motel Manager will prepare budgets and monitor finances, ensuring the motel operates within budget and meets financial targets.

Implement Marketing Activities

The Motel Manager will implement marketing activities to promote the motel and attract new customers, including social media marketing, email marketing, and local advertising.

Arrange for Maintenance

The Motel Manager will arrange for maintenance activities to be carried out, ensuring the motel's facilities are well-maintained and meet health and safety standards.

Enforce Policies and Procedures

The Motel Manager will enforce policies and procedures, ensuring staff are aware of and adhere to them at all times.

Address Customer Complaints

The Motel Manager will address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Assist Guests with Special Needs

The Motel Manager will assist guests with special needs, ensuring they receive the support and services they require.

Manage Events

The Motel Manager will manage events, including weddings, conferences, and other functions, ensuring they are executed smoothly and to the satisfaction of clients.

Supervision

The Motel Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
