Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise staff members effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Negotiate agreements with clients regarding facility usage.
  • Perform front desk operations and customer service duties.
