We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at 1132151 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the front desk, manage budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the motel's financial stability.

Requirements
