We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at 1132151 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Oversee the front desk, manage budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the motel's financial stability.
- Marketing and Events: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers, manage events, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Staff Development: Offer on-the-job training, mentorship, and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
