Office Coordinator

Hometown Furniture Penticton is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines. You will also carry out administrative activities, coordinate office services, and assist in the preparation of the operating budget.
Key Responsibilities- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Additionally, you will perform data entry, resolve conflict situations, commission systems and components, coach, and oversee payroll administration. You will also plan and control budget and expenditures.
