Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Five Star Staffing. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30 to 40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment with a large caseload.
