We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Pelican Events & Catering. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule seminars, conferences, and other events
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- College/CEGEP diploma
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Human resources software experience
This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week. Free parking is available on site. The work language is English.
