Pelican Events & Catering is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will manage training and development strategies, compile data, statistics, and other information, and respond to employee questions and complaints. You will also oversee payroll administration, arrange travel, and perform data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Arrange travel
  • Perform data entry
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Experience with human resources software
