Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Pelican Events & Catering. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing training and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Perform data entry
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Team player
