Drive Sales Growth

As a District Sales Manager at Claire's, you will be responsible for driving same-store sales and consistently delivering high levels of operational excellence across the district.

Customer Service

You will encourage store teams to exceed customer service standards, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our stores.

Coaching and Development

You will coach and develop store management to optimize performance across the district and provide succession for the business.

Cost Reduction

You will actively look for ways to reduce costs for the business to maximize profit.

Collaboration

You will work collaboratively with Regional Managers, District Managers, and key partners across the business to ensure result areas are aligned with Claire's business strategy, mission, and values.

Requirements

You must have a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and be familiar with using a laptop.

Education and Experience

You require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, as well as 1-2 years of multi-store management or 5 years of store management experience.

Language and Skills

You must be fluent in Canadian French and English, understand the importance of customer service, and have sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.

Physical Demands

You must be able to stand during scheduled shifts, manoeuvre up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Work Environment

You will be required to travel extensively and work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed.
