Drive Sales Growth

As a District Sales Manager at Claire's, you will be responsible for driving same-store sales and consistently delivering high levels of operational excellence across the district.

Customer Service Excellence

You will encourage store teams to exceed customer service standards, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Leadership and Development

Coaching and developing store management to optimize performance across the district and provide succession for the business.

Cost Optimization

Actively looking for ways to reduce costs for the business to maximize profit.

Collaboration and Alignment

Working collaboratively with Regional Managers, District Managers, and key partners across the business to ensure result areas are aligned with Claire's business strategy, mission, and values.

Requirements

Valid driver's license

Basic computer skills / Familiar with using a laptop

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

1-2 years multi-store management or 5 years store management experience required

Fluent in Canadian French and English

Understands the importance of Customer service

Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills

Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve

Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
Ability to manoeuvre up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally

Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers

Ability to operate POS system

Extensive travel required

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed
