About the Role

Claire's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team in Quebec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and operational excellence across the district.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive same-store sales growth
  • Lead and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Coach and develop store management to optimize performance and provide succession planning
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers and District Managers to align sales efforts with Claire's business strategy and goals
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize profit

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with using a laptop
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1-2 years of multi-store management experience or 5 years of store management experience required
  • Fluent in Canadian French and English
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem-solve
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed
