As a District Sales Manager at Claire's, you will be responsible for driving same-store sales and consistently delivering high levels of operational excellence across the district. You will also be expected to encourage store teams to exceed customer service standards and coach and develop store management to optimize performance across the district and provide succession for the business.

Key Qualifications

* Valid driver's license
* Basic computer skills / Familiar with using a laptop
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
* 1-2 years multi-store management or 5 years store management experience required
* Fluent in Canadian French and English
* Understands the importance of Customer service
* Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
* Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve
* Ability to stand during scheduled shifts Ability to manoeuvre up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
* Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers
* Ability to operate POS system
* Extensive travel required
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed
