Job Title: Hotel Guest Services Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. This includes serving food and beverages, assisting guests with special needs, and providing information about hotel facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist guests with special needs, such as providing wheelchair assistance or helping with luggage.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Manage room reservations and ensure accurate room assignments.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Provide general information about local points of interest and attractions.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Client-focused and able to provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
