Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Guest Services Representative to join our team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve Food and Beverages: Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist Guests with Special Needs: Provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as mobility or dietary requirements.
  • Manage Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations for guests, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide Information and Services: Offer information and services to guests, including hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Handle Guest Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including room assignments, reservations, and special requests.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Transportation: Own transportation required.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail required.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, team player, dependability, reliability, and organized.
