Job Title: Hotel Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Attendant to join our team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist guests with special needs, and perform various tasks related to hotel operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Deal with public and provide customer service
  • Perform services specific to the hotel, including taking, canceling, and changing room reservations
  • Receive and deliver items and messages for guests
  • Attend to group arrivals and departures
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, team player, and client focus
  • Efficient and organized with attention to detail
